Rear-End Crash Kills Woman near San Martin

26-year-old Vanessa Arellano was killed in a rear-end collision on Sunday morning. 

The crash occurred on November 7th at 2:50 a.m. on Highway 101, near San Martin. 

Arellano was reportedly driving southbound when a Chevrolet Corvette rear-ended her Toyota sedan. 

Both drivers lost control due to the impact and went off the roadway. The vehicles also knocked over a fence nearby the San Martin airport. 

Sadly, Vanessa Arellano was pronounced dead at the scene. 

Additionally, the 23-year-old male driver of the Corvette was arrested on suspicion of DUI.
