Responsibilities Include

    • Depending on the injuries, you may also be scheduling initial appointments for particular clients
    • Your secondary responsibility will be to act as a backup for our main sales team
    • Sales Team responsibilities (as backup) Answering calls from potential clients
    • Creating leads in salesforce
    • Screening calls from potential clients
    • Converting good leads into clients
    • Entering data into the firm’s case management software
Responsibilities Include
  • Reports to: Training and Quality Assurance Representative
  • The candidate will work with our amazing marketing team and assist with various aspects of calls at the firm
  • The Quality Assurance Call Monitor is responsible for ensuring that all calls adhere to the quality guidelines as set forth by JT Legal Group
  • The CAM achieves this objective by constantly monitoring the calls, scoring these monitors, and providing feedback to the associates and or management team
  • Monitor in bound & outbound calls from clients
  • Conducts call scoring audit for each call monitored and weekly calibration sessions
  • Communicates and reports call performance to the appropriate manager / supervisor
  • Maintain call monitoring database metrics all employees
  • Provide recorded call conversations to supervisors for associate coaching sessions
  • Alert appropriate supervisor / leadership to unusual or inappropriate calls by associates

Responsibilities Include

Responsibilities Include

  • Monitor clients treatment
  • Assist with resolving clients property damage
  • Maintain constant communication with insurance companies and medical providers
  • Ensure clients are receiving consistent updates and are satisfied with the progress of their case
  • Review medical reports

Responsibilities Include

• Familiar with reporting claims to Insurance Carriers, Health Insurance carriers, and obtaining statutory liens

• Able to obtain police reports, send out POE’s and process DMV requests

• Able to assist with resolving and facilitating property damage claims

• Able to request medical records and billing to help prepare cases for demand

• Able to calculate Howell meds and Loss of Earnings (training is provided)

• Organize electronic files according to internal procedure (training is provided)

• Complete tasks as assigned and delegated in a timely and efficient manner

JT Legal Group seeks an assertive Lien Negotiator. The ideal candidate has lien negotiation experience in personal injury matters. Duties include negotiating health insurance liens, private medical provider liens, and med pay reimbursement claims.

– Ideally 2-3 years of personal injury experience, including negotiation of medical liens

– Knowledge of medical treatment and medical provider types

– Experience handling large volume of personal injury cases

– Bilingual in Spanish, preferred

– Strong computer skills

  • Propounding and responding to discovery for personal injury cases
  • Doing whatever is necessary for trial including trial binders, preparing exhibits, supplies, etc
  • Drafting mediation briefs
  • Preparing special verdict forms and jury instructions

  • Manage VIP case
  • Overturn liability denials
  • Review Pre-lit supervisors work
  • Review demands
  • Review new files for potential government claims
