Deadly Traffic Accident at Clay and Limonite
Investigators are working to determine liability regarding a fatal crash that occurred in Jurupa Valley on Wednesday morning.
The accident took place at 7:15 a.m. at the intersection of Clay Street and Limonite Avenue on December 15th.
At this time it is unclear what caused the crash and what vehicles were involved.
Riverside fire crews responded to the scene and pronounced one unidentified person deceased.
Two others also sustained minor and major injuries as a result.
The person who sustained serious injuries was transported to a nearby hospital.
Additionally, the person with minor injuries declined treatment.
An identity of the deceased will be made once notification of kin.

- Get vehicle to safety if it is moveable, if it is not, put on hazards
- Exchange information with others involved and document everything
- Call 911 to report accident – they determine who was at fault
