Man, 36, Killed in 2-Vehicle Collision in Fresno County
Todd Roberts Jr., 36, of Fresno, died in a two-vehicle crash on Highway 180 and North Hayes Avenue Wednesday morning in the Pratton area of Fresno County.
The collision occurred on the westbound SR-180 at around 6:58 a.m. on Dec. 6th, just west of the city of Fresno, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported the drivers of a gray Toyota 4-door sedan and a red Honda 4-door sedan were involved.
It’s unknown what led up to the collision that left one of the vehicles partially blocking westbound lanes and the other in nearby fields.
Fresno firefighters responded to help those involved, but sadly Todd Roberts Jr., was confirmed deceased following the accident. The CHP report did not mention if others were injured or hospitalized.
Steve’s Tow and Custom Tow removed the two damaged vehicles from the roadway.
Investigators are working on the case to determine fault for the crash on Highway 180 in Fresno County.
