Bicyclist Hit by Car Killed in Crash
Highland Man, Sergio Chi Medina, 68, Killed in Bicycle Accident at East Bay Line Street, San Bernardino.
Sergio Chi Medina, a 68-year-old resident of Highland, tragically lost his life in a bicycle accident at East Bay Line Street in San Bernardino. The incident occurred around 8:25 p.m. on Friday, July 28th, as reported by the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department.
Authorities responded to the 25000 block of East Base Line Street after receiving a report of a bicyclist struck by a vehicle. Sergio Chi Medina was found in the roadway, and despite prompt medical attention, he was pronounced deceased at the scene around 8:34 p.m.
As of now, there are no details about the motorist involved in the crash or the circumstances that led to the accident. The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department is conducting an investigation, and witnesses are encouraged to come forward and provide any relevant information related to the incident
