Motorcycle accidents, according to the NHTSA, accounted for 14% of motor vehicle accident deaths in 2019. Motorcyclists should be fully aware of the safety challenges in which they face while riding on roads in California. Below are some tips for motorcyclists:
- Wear proper protection
- Ride responsibly
- Be knowledgeable and practice how to properly operate a motorcycle
- Ensure you are licensed prior to operating a motorcycle
When it comes to filing a multi-vehicle collision claim, it gets difficult. This is because since multiple vehicles are involved, determining liability can take much longer. Multi-vehicle collision claims are more complex due to numerous victims, multiple negligent drivers, cross-claims and insufficient insurance.
