Robert Fulcher Dies in Palmdale Pedestrian Accident on Palmdale Boulevard near Fifth Street East
Authorities identified the pedestrian killed early Friday morning on Palmdale Boulevard in Palmdale as Robert Fulcher.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department said the crash occurred around 1:45 a.m. September 8 on Palmdale Boulevard near Fifth Street East.
Fulcher was struck by an eastbound silver Chevrolet Camaro while running south across Palmdale Boulevard.
The driver of a vehicle that was directly in front of the Camaro was able to swerve to avoid hitting Fulcher, but the Camaro driver was unable to react in time and struck the pedestrian.
Fulcher was declared deceased at the crash site.
The driver behind the wheels stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigators.
More details regarding the crash were not provided.
