Woman Hit & Killed by Big Rig at Intersection
Investigators are working to determine liability regarding a deadly pedestrian accident that occurred in Temecula on Saturday.
The incident occurred around 4 p.m. at the intersection of Murrieta Hot Springs and Winchester Road.
Per reports, 54-year-old Robin Kropp was crossing on January 22nd when a big rig hit her as it was making a right turn onto Winchester.
The driver apparently did not see Kropp which led to the accident.
Paramedics arrived to find the woman unconscious and she sadly died despite life-saving measures.
The truck driver stopped at the scene and fully cooperated with authorities.
An active investigation is underway.
