Man Hit and Killed by Vehicle on Highway 210 

31-year-old Justin Martin has been identified as the man who was hit and killed by a vehicle on Friday afternoon.

The deadly incident occurred on November 19th around 2:00 p.m. in San Bernardino. 

Per reports, Martin was struck on the westbound Highway 210 near the State Street off-ramp. 

Unfortunately, Martin was pronounced dead at the scene. 

The cause of the incident remains under investigation.
