Coroner Identifies Man Hit & Killed by Vehicle 

26-year-old Daniel Ricozapata was hit and killed by a vehicle on Sunday morning in Palmdale.

The incident took place around 2 a.m. at the intersection of 25th Street and Joshua Hills Drive.

Per reports, someone called 911 to get help.

Sadly, Ricozapata died despite life-saving efforts.

Limited information has been disclosed regarding the involved motorist. 

Authorities are actively investigating the pedestrian accident.
