Olga Bentulan, 64, Killed in Head-On Collision

64-year-old Olga Bentulan died Wednesday morning due to a head-on collision that occurred at around 7:20 a.m. 

The deadly collision took place on October 20th on Parker Road in Modesto, CA. 

According to reports, Bentulan was driving a Toyota SUV when she hit a pickup truck head-on. 

Emergency personnel responded and transported Olga Bentulan to Memorial Medical Center. Sadly, Bentulan died later at the hospital due to her injuries. 

Kenneth Brickey, 41, was the driver of the pickup and he sustained minor injuries. In addition, his 1-year-old who was with him did not suffer any injuries. 

The crash is actively under investigation to determine fault.
