Man Killed in Two-Vehicle Collision on West China Grade Loop 

43-year-old David Allen Roach has been ID’d as the man who was killed in an accident in Oildale. 

Per reports, the fatal collision occurred on July 12th on West China Grade Loop and McCray Street.

Roach was traveling west when he collided with a northbound vehicle.

The cause of the collision remains unclear at this time. 

It was also reported that Roach was not wearing his seatbelt at the time of the accident. 

An active investigation remains underway.
