1 Hospitalized After Traffic Accident at Ranchero Road

Three vehicles collided around 1:30 a.m. in Hesperia on Wednesday morning, November 17th. 

Police are actively investigating what caused the crash that occurred on the 15 Freeway at Ranchero Road. 

According to reports, the vehicles collided on the northbound side of the freeway causing the No 1 lane to be blocked. 

When emergency personnel arrived at the scene one person had to be rushed to a local hospital. 

In addition, two of the involved vehicles had to be towed away from the scene. 

The crash remains under investigation. 

Multi-vehicle collisions are typically more common in busy intersections or highways. Speeding, weather, distractions, and drowsy or intoxicated driving are main reasons negligent drivers cause these types of wrecks.
