Minor Injuries Sustained in Mountain View Car Accident on Highway 85 near El Camino Real

The California Highway Patrol is investigating a traffic collision that happened Monday afternoon in Mountain View, resulting in minor injuries.

CHP said three vehicles collided at around 4:14 p.m. on southbound Highway 85, just west of El Camino Real.

Responding firefighters found a red BMW, a green sedan and a black sedan involved in the accident.

The firefighters blocked the Nos. 1 and 2 lanes as they helped the motorists.

The crash resulted in minor injuries. It was unclear if anyone was hospitalized.

Police are investigating to determine the cause of the accident.
