The Garden Grove Police Department has identified the man who died Thursday night, December 20 after a crash involving a motorcycle and two other vehicles in Garden Grove as 20-year-old Bryan Chen.
This accident occurred at approximately 8:10 p.m., near the intersection of Euclid Street and Westminster Avenue.
A Garden Grove resident, Chen was pronounced dead at the scene. Police said all drivers were evaluated by officers and showed no signs of impairment.
