Riverside Collision Results in Death of Motorcyclist 

A motorcycle accident resulted in the death of 48-year-old Marvin Walker on Thursday. 

The Lake Elsinore man was traveling on a Yamaha V-Star at about 4:47 a.m. when a Tesla collided with him from behind.

The crash took place on the 91 Freeway within the HOV lane, near Magnolia Avenue.

Upon impact, Walker was ejected from his bike and suffered major blunt force trauma. 

Sadly, the rider was declared dead at the scene.

No injuries were reported from the Tesla driver. 

The eastbound lanes were shut down for several hours from Pierce to Magnolia Avenue pending investigation.
