17-Year-Old Killed in Los Angeles Hit-and-Run Accident

Two vehicles ran over 17-year-old Matthew Lobos on Sunday after an argument broke out after a party. 

The tragic accident took place at 2:51 a.m. on August 21st on 62nd Street.

Lobos was reportedly involved in an argument outside of a party when a white sedan ran him over.

A black Maserati SUV then ran over him twice and both drivers fled the scene immediately after. 

Sadly, Lobos died at the scene of blunt force trauma. 

Witnesses are urged to contact LAPD at 213-996-1800 and those that want to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at 1800-222-TIPS.
