Woman ID’d in Fatal San Bernardino Collision 

61-year-old Maria Del Carmen Montes, of San Bernardino, fell victim to a collision on Wednesday. 

According to CHP, the accident occurred on June 1st just after 5 p.m. in San Bernardino. 

Montes was a passenger in one of the involved vehicles that crashed for unknown reasons. 

The incident took place at the intersection of Cajon Boulevard and Ogden Street. 

First responders rushed the woman to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center where she was sadly pronounced dead at 5:56 p.m. 

An active investigation is underway.
