One Severely Hurt in Two-Vehicle Collision on Saratoga Way in El Dorado Hills

At least one person was severely injured in a two-vehicle collision that happened Tuesday morning in El Dorado Hills, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The wreck occurred at around 5:38 a.m. on Saratoga Way near El Dorado Hills Boulevard.

A black Ford pickup truck collided with a white Mercedes sedan for unknown reasons.

At least one person sustained severe injuries in the collision. Paramedics responded to the scene and transported the victim to the hospital in unknown condition.

Authorities are investigating to determine the cause of the crash.
