Two People Injured in Highway 108 Collision
Two motorcycles collided in Jamestown on Friday afternoon, leaving two people injured.
CHP reported that the accident took place on September 23rd within the eastbound lanes of the 108 Freeway.
A group of 15 motorcyclists were traveling on Main Street when the lead rider turned onto the freeway.
The last motorcyclist, Alenso Torres, 44, stepped on the gas, causing hisi front wheel to go flying.
His bike then crashed into the lead motorcyclist, Jonathan Gutierrez, 43.
Magdalena Torres was riding passenger on Alenso’s bike at the time and both were ejected upon impact.
No injuries were reported from Guiterrez, however, both Alenso and Magdalena sustained moderate injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.
