Alberto Verduzco Killed in Two-Vehicle Collision on Jersey Avenue 

Two men were killed in a DUI crash on Friday night in Lemoore, California on July 1st. 

CHP reported that the accident occurred around 11:45 p.m. on Jersey Avenue. 

26-year-old Santana Yanez was speeding east in a Toyota Corolla before crashing into a Nissan Quest minivan. 

The passenger in the Nissan, ID’d as Juan Lugo, sadly died along with the driver, Alberto Verduzco, 64, of Fresno. 

Yanez suffered major injuries and was airlifted to Kaweah Health Medical Center. Police also arrested him for DUI after the wreck.

An active investigation remains underway.
