Greyhound Bus Fatality on the I-5 Freeway

Victorio Molina Sueldo, 74, died after a possible collision involving a Greyhound bus and a truck on the southbound Interstate 5 Freeway, just south of Smokey Bear Road in Lebec.

The traffic incident occurred at around 4:40 a.m. on Nov. 9th, according to the California Highway Patrol dispatch.

The caller told authorities they saw a Greyhound bus driving in and out of traffic lanes. The motorist believed the bus driver could be sleepy and saw it nearly crash into other vehicles.

A driver in a Freightliner truck may have been involved in a collision with the bus and was stopped on the right shoulder.

Meanwhile, the Los Angeles County Fire Department responded and located one of the drivers who was responsive and breathing, but the person identified as Victorio Molina Sueldo died at the scene.

Investigators are working on the case to determine fault for the fatal Lebec crash on the 5 Freeway.
