Four Killed in Rio Vista Collision 

Six people were injured and four killed in a head-on collision on Wednesday in Rio Vista. 

It was around 8:15 p.m. when a sedan and SUV crashed on Highway 12 at Summerset Road. 

No details have been provided on how the accident occurred. 

One of the passengers of the SUV that died at the scene has been ID’d as Laura Poiret, a woman in her 70s. 

The names of the other victims have yet to be disclosed. 

Six other people were also transported to hospitals for treatment nearby. All are in stable condition. 

Further details will be provided once an investigation is concluded.
