Kevin Casey Killed in Woodland Pedestrian Accident at SR 113 and Main Street
A pedestrian died after being struck by a car early Tuesday morning in Woodland, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The pedestrian accident happened around 5 a.m. on Highway 113 at Main Street.
A pedestrian was walking in the area and was struck by a car traveling south on Highway 113.
The pedestrian, who has since been identified by the Yolo County officials as 34-year-old Kevin Donald Casey of Woodland, died at the accident scene.
The vehicle that struck the pedestrian did not stop at the scene and was yet to be located.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
