2 Adults Killed, Toddler Critically Injured

Jonathan Genavia, 35, Oxnard, died in a motorcycle accident late Saturday afternoon on Pacific Coast Highway near Deer Creek Road in Ventura County.

The collision occurred about 5:30 p.m. on June 17th , according to Ventura County Star.

The motorcyclist was riding a Harley-Davidson going southbound on PCH. Suddenly, a man in a Toyota Corolla who was stopped in the right shoulder, pulled out into the path of Jonathan Genavia. The two vehicles collided and the rider was thrown onto the roadway.

Meanwhile, tow trucks removed at least one of the damaged vehicles from the freeway.

Investigators are still working on the case.

Witnesses can reach the CHP’s Ventura-area office at 805-662-2640.

There is a GoFundMe campaign to help the victim’s familiy.

The circumstances leading up to the deadly crash remain under investigation.
