Repeat DUI Driver, Ryan Trevino, Faces New Charges

John Tarter, 78, of Fresno, died and two others were injured Saturday in a head-on crash with a suspected DUI driver on Millerton Road and Marina Drive in Fresno County.

The two-vehicle collision occurred at around 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 13th, near Table Mountain Casino, according to ABC 30 News.

The Fresno County Sheriff’s Office released the victim’s name, along with the suspect in the alleged DUI crash who had two previous DUI convictions and a third case pending from October. The alleged suspect was identified as Ryan Trevino, 35.
