Jimmy Thai Killed in Pacheco Car Crash on 680 Freeway
Jimmy Thai, 39, of Novato, has been identified as the man who died in a car crash that occurred on Tuesday morning in Pacheco.
The fatal crash happened around 9:30 a.m. on Interstate 680 Freeway, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Thai was driving a Ford Escape when she crashed into the back of a Ford F-550 truck that was stopped in the far left lane of the highway due to mechanical issues.
Thai was pronounced dead at the scene.
The truck driver was unhurt.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
