Jasbir Singh Was Killed in Los Banos Collision Near Pacheco and Badger Flat

Jasbir Singh, 46, was killed following a pedestrian car crash near West Pacheco Boulevard and Badger Flat Road. The Los Banos crash took place on Sunday night at around 11 p.m.

According to authorities, the the crash began when Singh was walking on West Pacheco Boulevard toward his parked vehicle. Meanwhile, Kevin Moreno, 19, was traveling in his direction in a 2016 Chevrolet Camaro. For unkown reasons, the driver struck Singh in the eastbound lane of Pacheco Boulevard.

Emergency personnel arrived and found the victim lying unconscious in the roadway and not breathing. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

According to reports, Moreno did stop after hitting Singh and cooperated with authorities. The crash is still being investigated.
