Injuries Reported Following Lodi Crash on Westbound Highway 12

At least one person sustained major injuries after a car accident that happened on Highway 12 near Interstate 5 in Lodi.

The California Highway Patrol team said the wreck took place early in the morning on Thursday, June 10. Reports logged the crash at around at about 8:13 a.m.

According to authorities, two vehicles collided for unknown reasons. They collided on the westbound side of the highway, west of Interstate 5. The crash damaged the metal guard rail in the center divider.

Emergency personnel took one person to the hospital for further treatment of major injuries.
