Collision in Fresno, CA Kills 2 People
A fatal collision occurred Wednesday afternoon on August 4th in Fresno, California. The crash happened around 4:40 p.m. on Clovis Avenue near Ramona Avenue
The two men killed were identified as Todd Lyman and Magal Bhatti.
CHP reported that Lyman was heading southbound in his Chevy Trailblazer when he lost control and veered to the right. As a result, Lyman hit a curb and then sheared off a fire hydrant.
Lyman also crashed into three vehicles that were parked, one of which was a Toyota Camry that was occupied by 32-year-old Magal Bhatti.
Bhatti sustained major injuries and was later pronounced dead at the hospital he was transported to.
Lyman was unfortunately not wearing a seatbelt and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash is currently under investigation and it is unknown whether or not drugs or alcohol played a role in the crash.
