One Killed, Four Hurt in 91 Freeway Collision 

Two vehicles collided on Sunday night, resulting in the death of 32-year-old Francisco Javier Flores.

The fatal collision took place in Anaheim within the FasTrak lanes of the 91 Freeway. 

It was just before 6 p.m. when a pickup truck and Toyota Corolla collided for unknown reasons. 

Flores was an occupant of the truck that acquired major front-end damage. He was ejected upon impact and sadly died at the scene. 

The Corolla also acquired major damage on the driver’s side and three children along with another adult suffered injuries. 

CHP is actively investigating the crash to determine fault.
