Four Children Injured in Soquel Collision

Multi-Vehicle Crash at Soquel Intersection

Four children were ejected from their vehicle as the result of a multi-vehicle collision on Monday afternoon.

The collision occurred on January 3rd, around 4:11 p.m. at the intersection of San Jose Road and Citron Drive.

Multiple vehicles were involved, including a Nissan Maxima and SUV.

Emergency personnel arrived at the scene and transported the injured to local hospitals.

At this time, the condition and identities of the patients remain unknown.

Investigators are actively working to determine what may have led up to the accident.

Multi-vehicle collisions are typically more common in busy intersections or highways. Speeding, weather, distractions, and drowsy or intoxicated driving are main reasons negligent drivers cause these types of wrecks.

When it comes to filing a claim with this type of collision, it gets difficult. This is because multiple vehicles are involved so determining liability can take much longer. Multi-vehicle collision claims are more complex due to numerous victims, multiple negligent drivers, cross-claims and insufficient insurance.
