Motorcyclist Killed, 2 Injured in Fresno County Crash

Terry Friesen, 63, of Fresno, died and two others were injured in a head-on crash Saturday involving a motorcycle and car in Fresno County.

The collision occurred at around 11 p.m. on Oct. 7th near the intersection of Millerton Road, just west of Winchell Cove Road near Table Mountain Casino, according to KFSN.

Terry Friesen was riding a 2006 Harley Davidson was traveling west on Millerton Road when for unknown reasons his bike moved into the path of an eastbound 2012 Chrysler 300, Fox 26 News reports. The two vehicles collided head-on and the motorcyclist was thrown off the bike, according to the California Highway Patrol.

Paramedics responded, but the motorcycle rider died at the scene.

Meanwhile, two people riding in the sedan suffered minor injuries and were transported to Community Regional Medical Center.

Investigators closed down a portion of the roadway to investigate the collision to determine fault.
