Elena Hernandez Hurt in Vallejo Pedestrian Crash on Sacramento Street
Elena Hernandez, 24, was injured in an auto-pedestrian accident on Tuesday afternoon in Vallejo, according to a local news source.
The crash happened on Sacramento and Redwood streets at about 12 p.m. September 8.
Authorities said Hernandez was in a crosswalk at the intersection when she was hit by a vehicle that was making a left turn.
Hernandez was taken to North Bay Medical Center in Fairfield with major injuries.
The involved driver was cited for driving without a license.
The crash is under investigation.
