Narayana Zerr Arrested Following Fatal DUI Crash in Clovis, CA

Two vehicles collided head-on as the result of an impaired driver in Clovis Sunday evening. 

The tragic accident occurred just before 7 p.m. on June 19th at Ashlan and Sunnyside Avenue. 

Narayana Zerr was driving west in a pickup truck before driving into oncoming traffic. 

As a result, the truck collided head-on with an eastbound SUV. This caused the truck to spin out of control and overturn. 

Sadly, the driver of the SUV, ID’d as Ashton McKiernana, 41 from Madera, died at the scene. 

His wife along with a one-year-old and two-year-old also suffered injuries and were hospitalized for treatment. 

The pickup truck driver was arrested on DUI charges and is currently being held on a $93,500 bail.
