One Killed Following Collision on North Indian Canyon Drive

A fatal crash occurred in Desert Hot Springs Friday morning, killing one on March 18th.

The accident happened about 7:30 a.m. on Indian Avenue and Mission Lakes Boulevard. 

A 29-year-old person was traveling north in a Ford Focus when it collided with a Dodge Ram. 

Unfortunately, the Ford driver died as a result.

No details have been provided regarding the 26-year-old driver of the Dodge.

The crash remains under investigation.

In 2020, studies showed that the state of California reported 3,723 motor-vehicle deaths which was an increase from 2019.
