Man Hit & Killed by Vehicle at Tyler Street and Wells Avenue
An SUV struck David Ducoing while riding a scooter in Riverside on Monday night, April 18th.
The incident took place around 8:15 p.m. at the intersection of Tyler Street and Wells Avenue.
Ducoing was riding eastbound when a southbound Chevy Suburban hit him.
Sadly, the 48-year-old scooter rider was declared dead at the scene.
Authorities are still trying to determine who had the right of way.
The involved driver stayed at the scene and was fully cooperative.
