JT Legal is continuously monitoring the quickly evolving Coronavirus Pandemic.
Your health and safety remain our top concern.
Our Legal team will be handling all legal matters remotely for the time being. This doesn’t impede us to do our job and provide services to our existing clientele. We continue to sign up new clients and are currently still working on several cases and new ones as they arise.
For those who are interested in a consultation
You can continue to do so online via chat orr calling us directly at 1-888-529-3111 or 1-818-797-7900 for free. We have these lines open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We understand that while the world might be ‘on pause’ – auto accidents continue to happen. The fact that we can’t be physical as mobile as before doesn’t impede our ability to continue to provide stellar services. You have no need to wait.
All consultations can be done over the phone, via chat or even with an app like Skype if needed. If we can assist, we have the option to sign up for new clients via e-signatures. This means that you can remain in the safety of your home and still receive the legal assistance you deserve. E-Signature Documents have the same legal standing as a document signed in person.

Are Nursing Facilities Liable for Patients Contracting Coronavirus?
The people living in nursing homes are amongst those most in danger of COVID-19 infection. It is therefore critical to ensure they are kept in a safe, infection-free environment.
All nursing homes and centers for extended rehabilitation have a care of duty to ensure that their residents do not become infected with communicable diseases like COVID-19 through contact with infected employees.
How long should I remain in isolation at home if I have contracted coronavirus disease?
If you have contracted a COVID-19 infection, you should self-isolate at home for at least seven days. You should remain in isolation at home until a minimum of 72 hours has passed since your recovery. In the current scenario, this means a minimum of three days since any fever passed without the use of fever-reducing medication, and a return to normal from any respiratory symptoms.
If you have a confirmed COVID-19 infection but you are asymptomatic (you display no symptoms) you should self-isolate at home until seven days have passed since your original diagnosis without any signs of illness.
How long does it take to completely recover from the coronavirus disease?
There is still much unknown about the COVID-19 virus, but at present, statistics indicate that it takes around one month or so to recover completely.
Some research carried out has indicated that people who are infected but are asymptomatic or only show mild symptoms may recover in two weeks. More severe infections could, however, take one month or more to recover fully. The fact of the matter is that even when you feel fine, you can still test positive.
