Fatal Collision Kills 2 Women at Wilmington Avenue and Stopwell Street
CHP reported a fatal crash in Los Angeles on Sunday night, June 12th.
It was around 11:42 p.m. when an SUV and Honda collided at Wilmington Avenue and Stopwell Street.
The SUV was traveling south when it struck an eastbound Honda.
Sadly, two women who were in the Honda died as a result.
Their identities are being withheld at this time.
The crash remains under investigation.
In 2020, studies showed that the state of California reported 3,723 motor-vehicle deaths which was an increase from 2019.
