Deadly Rollover Crash at Parlier Intersection
Cesar Corona Carrillo, 29, of Parlier, died in a multi-vehicle car accident in Parlier last Wednesday morning at East Manning Avenue and South Riverbend Avenue.
The collision occurred at around 4:55 a.m. on Jan. 31st, just west of Reedley, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported a driver of a white Jeep Grand Cherokee SUV was allegedly driving reckless prior to the traffic collision. The SUV collided with a black Honda Civic and a white Honda Accord driven by Cesar Carrillo. Also, two minivans also crashed into the Honda Civic.
The Jeep reportedly overturned and became fully engulfed in flames.
The Reedley Police Department and CHP officers responded, along with paramedics to help those injured in the Parlier car accident. However, the driver in the Honda died in the crash.
Investigators are working to determine liability.
