Brant Filosena Arrested after Sacramento Accident on Truxel Road near Interstate 80

Brant Filosena, 44, was arrested after a suspected DUI collision that took place on Saturday night in Sacramento, according to the Sacramento police.

The wreck happened just before 9 p.m. November 12, on Truxel Road near Interstate 80.

According to the report, Filosena was driving an SUV that slammed into a Ross Dress for Less store in Sacramento.

The SUV crashed through the glass wall near the doorway of the store and some shoppers were caught up in the collision.

Authorities said five people were injured in the accident. One of them had serious injuries while the other four had moderate injuries.

Filosena was alone in the vehicle and was arrested for possession of narcotics and DUI.

The store remained closed Sunday as the cleanup process was ongoing.

Authorities said the incident remains are under investigation.
