68-Year-Old Man ID’d in Fatal Bicycle Collision
The man who was killed in a bicycle accident on August 15th has been ID’d as Brad Allen Catcott, 68.
The Solana Beach resident was involved in a crash involving a motorcycle in Carlsbad.
It was at about 1 p.m. when his bike collided with the motorcycle on Carlsbad Boulevard.
Reports also included that the motorcyclist was driving recklessly and speeding prior to hitting Catcott’s bike.
Both the motorcyclist and his female passenger were hospitalized with serious injuries.
Sadly, Catcott died at the scene.
An active investigation remains underway.
