Woman’s Body Found At Newark Crash Site

According to the California Highway Patrol, a woman whose body was found in a car on Sunday afternoon at the bottom of an embankment in Newark when officers were responding to an unrelated crash was identified today as that of a 66-year-old woman who had last been seen in Palo Alto in August.

The Palo Alto woman, identified as Wamaitha Kaboga-Miller, had been missing since August 17.

CHP officers spotted a silver 2002 Mercedes-Benz CLK coupe associated with Palo Alto resident Wamaitha Kaboga-Miller. It was said by CHP officials that he body was found on Sunday afternoon determined that the woman in the Mercedes had been there for an extended period and pronounced her dead at the scene.
