One Injured in Accident Involving Big Rig

A big rig and car collided under unclear circumstances in Foster City Monday morning. 

The crash took place on July 11th on the San Mateo-Hayward Bridge just before 6:20 a.m.

One person suffered unspecified injuries and was treated at the scene. 

Authorities also shut down the westbound lanes of the bridge for a period of time as crews worked at the scene. 

The accident remains under investigation to determine fault.
