Arthur Augustine Dies after Being Hit by Car on Belmont Avenue near Calaveras Street in Fresno
A man has died while receiving treatment after being struck by a car on Saturday evening in Fresno.
The pedestrian accident happened at around 7:20 p.m. on Belmont Avenue near Calaveras Street, according to a local news source.
56-year-old Arthur Augustine was crossing Belmont Avenue when he was struck by a Toyota truck.
The man was transported to the hospital where he died, according to the Fresno County Coroner’s Office.
More details about the accident were not released.
