April Magri Killed in Pedestrian Accident

April Kaye Magri, 67, of Nice, was killed in a pedestrian crash in Lake County last week on Wednesday, according to the Lake County Sheriff’s Office.

The crash happened on State Route 20 in Nice at about 7:40 p.m. February 14.

Authorities said Magri waz attempting to cross SR 20 from the north side to the south side when she was struck by an eastbound 1995 Buick.

Despite the life-saving measures performed by the medical personnel, Magri was pronounced deceased at the scene.
