Driver Fleeing Crash Scene Causes Another Collision in Fontana
A car that was fleeing the scene of another crash caused a deadly collision in Fontana on Sunday.
Reports included that the incident took place at 2:47 p.m. at the intersection of Maple Avenue and Foothill Boulevard.
A Mercedes SUV fled the scene of another crash when it was traveling west on Foothill ran the red light.
As a result, the SUV crashed with a Honda sedan, causing major damage.
Sadly, the female driver of the Honda, whose name has yet to be disclosed, died at the scene.
Police arrested the driver of the SUV.
