Two-Vehicle Crash on 10 Freeway Results in Major Injuries 

A trailer and Ford pickup were involved in a collision in Ontario Monday night.

The wreck occurred on June 6th at 6:41 p.m. on the 10 Freeway.

One of the individuals in the vehicles was left unconscious as a result. 

The circumstances leading up to the accident remain unknown at this time.

Tow trucks were also needed to remove the damaged vehicles from the scene. 

Investigators are actively working to determine fault.

• Always stop at the scene 
• Call 911 if there are any injuries 
• Get vehicle to safety if it is moveable, if it is not, put on hazards
• Exchange information with others involved and document everything 
• Call 911 to report accident – they determine who was at fault
