49-Year-Old Motorcyclist Dies in Collision 

CHP reported a fatal traffic accident involving a motorcycle in Gustine, California Wednesday afternoon. 

Ronny Paul Soares, of Newman, was riding a Suzuki motorcycle southbound before colliding with a northbound Honda. 

The crash occurred just before 5 p.m. on Whitworth Road and Taglio Road. 

It was also reported that the Honda was making a left turn at the time of the crash. 

Sadly, Soares died at the scene. 

Additionally, the Honda Driver, ID’d as George Griset, 84, suffered minor injuries. 

The crash remains under investigation.
