1 Hospitalized After Vacaville Car Accident

One person was hospitalized after a multi-vehicle collision on Wednesday afternoon in Vacaville, according to a California Highway Patrol report.

The collision happened around 3:57 p.m. on November 8, on the eastbound 80 Freeway and Peabody Road off-ramp.

Police confirmed four vehicles crashed for unknown reasons.

Emergency crews and medical personnel rendered aid to one individual who complained of back and chest pain due to the accident. The injured party was transported to Kaiser Permanente Vacaville Medical Center for further treatment. The patient’s name and current condition were not immediately released.

The vehicles were towed away from the accident location.
